Introduction

Prior to joining the Real Estate industry, I  spent 13 years in Manufacturing Engineering and 3 years in Industrial Marketing. By sheer chance I stumbled upon attending a property career seminar and was inspired! Moving on from the corporate world where I was doing well to doing Real Estate took a leap of faith. However, I know that as long as I carry the same kind of positive responsible attitude,  things will turn out well. The journey into real estate is not without humps and bumps, and unlike what most people think that it is easy money, much is unseen.

Aside being a dedicated agent, I have a lot of interest in healthy happy living too! Yoga, eating right and cultivating a healthy mindset is my lifelong pursue. I always think that having  good energy vibration will bring positive outcome, the law of attraction.  Of course this cannot do without skilled negotiation, communication and sharp acumen to seal the perfect deal for clients. Everything is about balance!

 

Professional Philosophy

I have been providing Real Estate services since 2009 and have transacted hundreds of Residential Properties. Client’s Interest First has always been my professional philosophy and only when we truly put our client’s interest first, then we truly feel rewarded when we close the deal. We do get paid handsomely when we get the job done, but that does not always make a person fulfilled, in fact, personal recognition and appreciation goes a longer way.

What To Expect

You get unbiased feedback from me so that you make the right decisions.

Most clients love me for not been pushy, and often have their interest at heart.  Most are very comfortable with my constant sharing and update of information and not rushing through the process. Having said that, right timing is always key, when the right price is given at the early part of the sale, we do have to rush to make a decision at such times. Dragging the sale might end up with a lower price. When there is a need to give you a push so that you do not not miss a good deal, I will do so.  I position myself as not just transacting the deal for you, but someone that you can go to for advice and suggestions. Therefore, when I really think it is a good deal or a good price, I would not hold back to say so, because if it is gone, it is gone. In this case, I am not helping you but jeopardising the deal for not being bold enough to tell you to act.

Of course there are always cases when there are properties that takes longer to sell, and there are often many reasons.  I do not like to make claims of Selling High and Selling Fast and this is often not realistic. There are factors that we would need to get it right in order to achieve that. To put it bluntly, if a flat is poorly renovated, messy, dark, hot and not near mrt, it would take a Genie to sell it High and Sell it fast.

We do hear of mis-managed cases in the industry that make some consumers feel short changed for what they are getting in return for the commission they are paying. This is very usually the case of client’s anxiety and concern not addressed properly. Buying or selling a property to many is a milestone in their life and everyone would want it to be a pleasant journey. I will do my utmost to manage this aspect of every client.

Seeing clients moving to their new home with their exhilarated smiles does warm my heart each time.
